的 Information 技术 Technician Certificate (12 credits) is designed to give students a micro credential that they can use to seek an entry-level technical position.
Students can use this certificate as a stand-alone credential or to get a job while working on an Information 技术, Cybersecurity or Virtual Reality major or minor. Students who complete this certificate will be able to perform basic computer technical support functions such as help desk support, network maintenance operations, and installation of security updates.
